About E-XPERIENCE Lab

## Who we are

E-XPERIENCE Lab is a software studio in Sintra, Portugal. We design, build and support custom software for companies in Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands and France: (link: page://nwfketsqx9chyzoe text: ERP platforms), web applications, dashboards, digital signage, websites and AI assistants.

We have built software as E-xperience since 2001. In 2021 the company was incorporated in Sintra as E-XPERIENCE LAB, LDA.

## The team

E-XPERIENCE Lab was founded by Yassine El Bouazzaoui and Wannes Debusschere. Together with Xirika Marta they form a small team that stays involved from the first conversation to support after launch. You talk directly to the people who design and write your software, in English, Portuguese, Dutch or French.

## How we work

- **Tailor-made.** We start from how your company already works: your processes, your terminology, your exceptions. The software follows the business, not the other way around.
- **Step by step.** A platform starts with the module that saves the most time and grows from there, so the team uses it early and shapes what comes next.
- **Connected.** Your platform links to the accounting, invoicing and other tools you already use, through APIs.
- **Supported.** We keep developing and supporting the software after launch, from our office in Sintra.

We build business applications on Laravel and Livewire, websites on Kirby CMS, and AI features with LLM integrations. Our office runs on solar power; read more about our (link: page://wtpsab0hubpoai66 text: sustainability).
