# Century 21 Sea Port

> How we built a Dutch and French property platform for Century 21 Sea Port: Zabun CRM sync, map search, leads into the CRM and one codebase for several agencies.

A property platform for Century 21

A bilingual property website for Century 21 Sea Port in Belgium, synced with the agency's CRM and built so one codebase can serve several Century 21 agencies.

## The client

Century 21 Sea Port is a Century 21 real estate agency in Nieuwpoort, on the Belgian coast. It was named number 1 office of Century 21 Benelux in 2024 and shows more than 174 satisfied clients on its site. Its buyers and tenants search in Dutch and in French, and its listings are managed in Zabun, a real estate CRM used by Belgian agencies.

## The challenge

Every property had to appear on the website as soon as the agency publishes it in Zabun, with all photos and details, in both languages. Every enquiry had to land back in the CRM with the right property and the right agent. And the same platform had to be ready for other Century 21 agencies, each with its own content and settings.

## What we built

- **Property sync.** A scheduled job pulls listings and photos from the Zabun API, updates changed properties, removes sold or withdrawn ones and refreshes the site's cache so visitors never see stale listings.
- **Search and map.** Visitors filter by transaction, property type and town, and browse the results on a map. Each useful combination, such as apartments for sale in Nieuwpoort, gets its own landing page for search engines.
- **Property pages.** Photos, all details, the energy label and, for new-build projects, the list of units.
- **Leads into the CRM.** Contact and interest forms send each enquiry straight to Zabun with the property reference and the responsible agent. Visitors can also chat with the agency.
- **Favourites and sharing.** Visitors save properties and share them with one click.
- **Reviews.** Google reviews of the agency are imported and shown on the site.
- **Measurement.** Conversions are tracked in Google Analytics with consent and in cookieless Umami, so the agency also sees the visitors who decline cookies.

## Technology

Kirby CMS on PHP, the Zabun API, Mapbox maps, our own (link: page://seoaudit12srch7k text: SEO plugin) with structured data for every property, and Dutch and French versions with hreflang. One codebase serves several agencies, each with its own content and configuration.

## The result
